We offer a 14-day refund window on all payments, including your first subscription and any future renewals.

However, please note:

• Refunds are only available within 14 days of the charge.
• Refunds do not apply if you have downloaded any video during that time.
• After 14 days, all payments are final. We do not issue refunds for unused time, partial usage, or account inactivity.

Yes! Any videos you create and download while your subscription is active are yours to keep and use - even after you cancel.

However, an active subscription is required to create or download new videos.
